Is a true story

Introduce yourself and my family background-Nguyen Thanh Tung My name is Nguyễn Thanh Tùng, born on January 1, 2005. I am now 19 years old, but my life is still full of challenges. I was born and raised in a poor family in a small town. During those years, even though I didn’t have the opportunity to study as much as others, I created my own path, a journey unlike anyone else’s. When I was little, I never lived the same life as other children. They went to school every day, carrying backpacks and books, while I could only watch their footsteps and wonder, “Will I ever be like them one day?” My family was poor, and my parents worked hard every day to make a living. My mother worked tirelessly, and my father always did his best, but life was still tough. Because of this, I couldn’t attend school like my peers. As time passed, I became aware that I needed to grow up faster; I couldn’t just sit there waiting for a miracle. I started learning how to take care of myself and do household chores from a very young age. Simple tasks like sweeping the floor, cooking, and washing dishes were things I had to do every day. I had no other choice but to become independent, even though I was still a child. Each day, I reminded myself: “If I don’t try, no one will help me change my destiny.”

When I turned 17, my life took a new turn. Although I didn’t know where I was heading, I had a strong determination: I had to break free from my parents’ protection and go out to find new opportunities. I wanted to support myself and not depend on anyone. So, I decided to leave my hometown and move to the big city in search of a job to change my life.

My first job was as a delivery driver. At first, I didn’t know much about this job, but I saw it as stable and a quick way to earn money. Although I had never done a job like this before, I quickly adapted and threw myself into it. For a young person like me, a part-time job was an opportunity to become independent, to experience new things. However, I never imagined that this job would not be what I expected

Frustrated with the Real World-Nguyen Thanh Tung

At first, everything seemed fine. I delivered goods every day and had a steady income. But the longer I worked, the more I realized that all the sweet words from the company owner were just sweet traps. The owner promised that this job would provide me with a stable life, but in reality, it was far from the truth. I had signed a contract without knowing it was essentially a contract to sell myself. Every day, I worked from morning till night, without a single moment of rest. The working hours were 24/7, but the salary I received was not at all worthy of the effort I put in. It felt like I was being exploited, drained of all my energy without any reward. Each day that passed, I felt like a robot, just working without any freedom.

After a long time of working, I became exhausted and decided to quit. It felt like I was trapped in a vicious cycle with no way out. That night, the weather was very cold, and I wandered aimlessly through the streets. I only had a little money left in my pocket, and I didn’t dare to spend it recklessly because I knew I didn’t have much. I wandered in loneliness, unsure of what to do next. I thought about my family, about the small house where I had once grown up. And then, I decided to return.

Getting Back on Track-Nguyen Thanh Tung

When I returned home, I ran into a neighbor. He asked me, “How’s your job going these days?” That simple question made me feel very awkward. I could only force a smile, too afraid to face the reality. I felt ashamed, as if I had completely failed. I didn’t want to face the gazes of others because I felt like I had made so many mistakes. That question made me even more embarrassed, and I didn’t want to go inside. I just wanted to run away, to avoid facing the truth.

After that night, I decided to return to the city, not to continue my old job, but to search for a new opportunity, a new job. I couldn’t just stand still, waiting for opportunities to come. I needed to find a different path, one not bound by empty promises. I knew that, no matter what, I still had to keep trying

      Sincere Advice- Nguyen Thanh Tung

Through my story, I want to share a message: In life, no one can change your destiny except yourself. Challenges, hardships, and failures are all part of the journey to maturity. Every day, we must learn to rise after every fall. Life is not easy, but if we persevere and never give up, one day, the results will come. Keep moving forward, no matter how difficult the road may be. As long as you don’t give up, success will surely come.

And finally, I just want to say to everyone reading this story: Never give up on your dreams. Believe in yourself and keep moving forward, no matter how many obstacles you face. Just one moment of resilience, and you will receive the sweet rewards you deserve
